What do I need for MooHero on my farm?
MooHero is easy to use and install. On the farm, you only need a power outlet for the receiver station. Installing the MooHero system for 50 cows takes approximately 2–3 hours.
FARM PREPARATION
Before delivery, we set up an account for your farm in the MooHero system, import all your animals, and provide access to the app.
INSTALLATION
Upon delivery, we assist with installing the receiver station and collars. The system is ready for use immediately after installation.
TRAINING AND SUPPORT
An introductory demonstration helps you learn the key functionalities of the system. During the first few weeks, we guide you in using MooHero, and support is always available via chat apps (WhatsApp, Messenger, Viber), phone, or email.
